1. How do I track my order?
You can easily track your order by visiting our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your tracking number to get the latest updates on your shipment’s status.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including:
💳 Visa, Mastercard, American Express (AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
❌ We do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit card payments, or cash on delivery (COD).
3. How secure is my online order?
Your security is our priority. When you purchase from GOOTOP, your credit card details are entered into an SSL-secured web page.
This information is encrypted and securely transferred to our payment processor’s network for authorization.
✅ We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
4. When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
5. Can I use multiple discount codes in one order?
Unfortunately, you cannot combine multiple promotion or discount codes in a single order unless specifically stated.
6. What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
If you receive your package and find an item missing, please contact us immediately at contact@gootop.shop. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
If your credit card is based in another currency, the final total will be calculated according to the daily exchange rate set by your card issuer at the time of processing.
8. How do I change or cancel my order?
Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order.
⚠️ A 30% cancellation fee will apply to any cancellation, regardless of the time it is requested, due to processing costs.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.

9. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and is a residential address to avoid delivery delays, especially if shipping internationally.
